It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocio Yanez (Duncan, Arizona), who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rocio may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernando Gallardo and Catalina Rincón Gallardo; her husband Jose V. Yanez; her brother Emilio Rincon Gallardo; and her siblings-in-law, Horacio V. Yanez and Elsa Yanez.
She is survived by: her children, Rodrigo Yanez (Rita) and Monica Cazares (Fernando); and her siblings, Fernando Rincon Gallardo and Adriana Ellen. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (205 Fairbanks Rd, Morenci, AZ 85540). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sheldon Cemetery (2200 Sheldon Loop, Duncan, AZ 85534).
