He is survived by: his wife Ginger Gilliam; his children, David Gilliam (Victoria), Ray Gilliam (Cat) and Dawni Gilliam; and his sisters, Charlene Potter (Wayne), Donna Gilliam, Diane Gilliam-Oltesvig and Marlene Kozik. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
