He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dale Palmer and Linda Kay Browning Palmer; his sister Tracy Kai Palmer; his niece Candyce Palmer; and his brother-in-law Raymond Castillo.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie Palmer; his children, Cody Robert Palmer (Mallory), Lacie Markee Torres (James) and McKara Peters; his stepdaughter Sherly Jones; his siblings, Roger Clark and Edde Castillo; and his grandchildren, Brinley Genevieve Palmer and Rhett Robert Palmer.
