He was predeceased by: his parents, Max C. Lilly and Freda Veon Penrod Lilly; his siblings, Judy Lynn Newman, Janice Dolly Duke and Kent C. Lilly; and his son Timothy Shane Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Laveda Power Lilly; his children, Rodney Tyrone Lilly (Harley), Tammi Lyn Hilkins (Kevin), Terri Ann Charles (John Kilmer) and Trisha Kay Gasper (Chris); and his siblings, Joan Ellen Marshall, Kurt C. Lilly, Mark Wallace Lilly and Williams. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
