He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Loren Hale and Ethel Norton Hale; and his sister Sylvia Sanders. He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Feezer Lund; his brothers, Southwest Forest Industries and Stone Container; his children, Michael Scot Hale (Pam) of Alpine, Karley Jo Young of Gooding, Idaho, Christie Phillips (Mark) of Prescott, Sylvia Hooper (Rosco) of Farmington, Elizabeth Walker (Dwayne) of Eagar and Donna Stock of Show Low; and his siblings, Archie Hale, Thad Hale and Irene Nelson. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren.
