She was predeceased by : her parents, Elvis Tyson and Edna Winstead; and her siblings, Brenda McCarty of Louisville, KY, Shirley Bozell of Greenville, KY and Bill Winstead of Madisonville, KY..

She is survived by : her children, Andy Edwards of Central City, KY, Vicki Begley (Bob) of Arizona and Richard LaMastus (Susan) of Slaughters, KY; and her brothers, Elvis Tyson, Jr. (Naomi) of Madisonville and Greg Tyson of Madisonville. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
