He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Alan Merriott and Vicki Sue Hawkins Nelson; his wife Kari; his children, Rabekka Joy Huntington (Seth) of Prescott Valley, Russell Jordan "RJ" Merriott (Brittaney Kaylee) of Apache Junction and Danniel Joseph "DJ" Merriott of El Mirage; his grandchildren, Rhyder, Rhyatt, Sharlotte, Axell, Brynlee, Kyias and Thayer; his stepparents, Norman Nelson of Peoria, Arizona and Vickie Merriott of Spokane, Washington; and his siblings, Jodi Cardella (Vince) of Peoria and Ryan Merriott of Spokane, Washington. He is also survived by his extended family and many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pueblo (11201 N El Mirage Rd #320, El Mirage, AZ 85335).
