She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Schardin and Fern Schardin; her brother Stuart Schardin; and her husband John Sorensen.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
