She was predeceased by : her parents, George Francis and Elizabeth Kennedy Roth (Fenton). She is survived by : her husband Earl E. Hedrick; her children, Elizabeth Schecter (Paul Craddock) and David Hedrick (Ellyn Forquer); her grandchildren, Mikael, Morgan and Keira; and her friend Lora.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vicky's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
