He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Stephan, Kelsey, Bekah and Sarah; his grandsons, Edwin, Christopher Arthur and Silas; his siblings, Angel, Tom, Mike and Leonard; and his mother Sheila. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
