He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson; his children, David Poleyestewa (Debbie), Michael Johnson (Rebecca) and Rebecca Johnson (Bruce); and his grandchildren, David Jonah, Julia, Anna, Nathan, Lisa, Jacob and Gianni. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
