He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Newkirk (Pete) and Virginia Newkirk; and his sister Sara. He is survived by : his wife Karen; his children, Kevin (Glenda), Lynn and Regina Deck (Duane); and his siblings, Mary Ann Broyles and Allan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
