He is survived by: his wife Mary Lue Barnes; his sister Christine Sanchez (Pete); and his children, John (Susan), Dean, Susan Smith (Jay), Daniel, Mary Dixon and Sherel. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
