He is survived by: his mother Patricia Meredith (Moore); his wife Patricia Cooper; his children, Scott (Carrie), Amy (Scott), Sarah (Emmanuel), Chad, Kyle (Elizabeth) and Brian; his grandchildren, Tyler (Dayna), Katelyn, Beth, Emma, Chloe, Gabriel, Cooper, Madison, Hunter, Mason, Miguel, Cybil, Charlie, Kelly, Chye, Samuel, Lillian, Presley, Cicily and Cosette; his siblings, Bonnie (Mike), Christie (Steve), Bruce (Joyce) and Doug (Joanie); Foster.
