Douglas Ray Berland Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Ray Berland in Florence, Arizona, born in Damar, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Berland and Alverize Berland; his daughter Belinda; and his brother Harlan. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Beth Brown (Brian) and Bradley (Nikki); his stepchildren, Gwyn Marie Schmidtberger, Aaron Schmidtberger (Victoria), Kandra Schmidtberger, Russ Schmidtberger and Ryan Schmidtberger (Angela); and his siblings, Paul, Vince, Bryan, Roberta, Carolyn and Debbie. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
