He was predeceased by: his parents, Brimson Kinney and Vivian Declay. He is survived by: his siblings, Danielson Declay, Lydia Kinney, Dianna Kinney and Terilynn Kinney W; his grandsons, Nephi Ivins, Neymar Ivins and Luke Parker; and also, Nicholas Ivins and U'Breka Pope.
A wake will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 2132 Fort Apache Rd, Fort Apache, AZ 85926. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mile Miracle Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Mile Hill Cemetery.
