He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Cook, Joseph Chell and Mary Ellen Chell; and his children, Patricia Bagley (Calvin), Robert Chell Jr. (Catherine), James Chell (Patricia), Bernadette Duvall (Steve) and Daniel Chell (Andrea).
