He is survived by : his parents, Anthony Michael, Sr. and Josephine Helen Caputo; his spouse Felice Anne; his sisters, Domenica Patricia Urbanski, Maria Theresa Schmidt and Joanna Claire Hartman; his sons, Nicholas (Karen) of Arizona and Daniel (Rachele) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Justin and Sophia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
