She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Gatlin Sr.; and her parents, Venora Smith and John Smith. She is survived by: her children, Anferne Howard, Anayiah Howard, Ethan Gatlin and Eaan Gatlin; her stepchild Leslie Gatlin Jr.; her goddaughter Erica Lofton; her grandchild Adonis Howard; her brother William Smith (Bianca); and her close friend John Croom. She is also survived by aunts, nephews, nieces, and friends.
