She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville "Torchy" Bolen and Geraldine "Gerry" Clem Bolen. She is survived by: her siblings, Bruce Bolen (Ellen), Brent Bolen (Cindy) and Beverly Coffman. She is also survived by nine nieces, nephews and seven grand nieces and nephews.
