He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Allen (DeAnna), Pamela Eversole (Jeff), Mark Allen (Tricia), Jill Allen (Pattie) and Allyson "Ally" Allen (Brad); his stepchildren, Casie Campbell, Kristen Campbell-Jacobson (Brian), Brent Campbell (Allison), David Campbell (Dara) and Scott Campbell; and his brothers, Kent Allen (Irmgard), Craig Allen (Ann) and Scott Allen (Carolyn). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
