He is survived by: his wife Carolyn O'Brien of Gilbert; his children, Dawn Perry (Robert) of Visalia, CA, Patrick O'Brien (Kacee) of Gilbert, AZ and Michael O'Brien (Mary) of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Steven Perry (Michelle), Alekzander Perry (Samantha), Robert Perry (Suzanna), Kaiden O'Brien, Korbin O'Brien, Mackenzie O'Brien and Matthew O'Brien; his great grandchildren, Dylan Perry, Elodie Perry and Jaxon Perry; his siblings, James O'Brien of Fargo, ND, Lloyd O'Brien of Westchester, IL, Lillian Moug (Edward) of Mesa, AZ and Mary Emke of Ankeny, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Janet and Marie O'Brien. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
