He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carr and Cleta Carr (Cornell). He is survived by: his wife Roberta Carr (Meier); his sisters, Nancy Dressel and Karen Brunkhardt; and his children, Tammy Bigelow, Terri Carr, Taylor Carr and Tiffany Baldwin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
