He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Bailey and Emma Lee Kearns. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bailey; his children, Kevin, Brian, Steven and Brooke; and his sisters, Barbara and Trudy. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; his 2 great-grandchildren.
