She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Simms, Jr. and Ida Belle (Ezell); and her brother Michael Simms. She is survived by: her husband Bland II; her children, Ryanne (Deon), Haylea, Mackenzie (Haley), Julien and Kennedy; her granddaughters, Mila and Aurora; her siblings, Charles, Stephen (Marcia), Martin (Linda) and Catherine; and her pet Kona. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
