Wilson of Wilmington, DE and Cinchael Evans of Colonial Heights, VA; his stepdaughter-in-law Debbie Collins of Chandler, AZ; his brother Thomas Briscoe of Baltimore, MD; his siblings-in-law, Delcene Collins-Mitchell, Barbara Gale of Wilmington, DE, Catrina Allen (Theophilus), JauMeadie Ellis-Smith of Newport News, VA, Gregory and Larry Collins of Wilmington, DE; and his sisters, Rev. Rose James of Newark, DE, Edith Braddy of Orlando, FL and Edith Johnson of New Castle, DE. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
