Scott (Thomas); and his siblings, William Chester McNeil (Agnes), Matthew McNeil, Jr. (Mabel), Rudolph McNeil (Evelyn), Calvin McNeil (Sylvia), David McNeil (Nora), Esther Murphy (Willie), Jessie Bell Cooper (David), Christine Isler (Aaron), Beatrice Hines (Theodore, Sr.) and Romaine McDermott (Lester).
He is survived by: his children, Larry Lewis, Mark Lewis, Theresa Turner, Pamela Lewis, Victor McNeil, Vincent McNeil (Gwen) and Jamie Belval (Rob); and his siblings, Rebecca Pender (Lindberg) and Herman McNeil (Alice). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
During the COVID-19 pandemic (2020), Joe moved to Arizona to be closer to his son Vincent, and his family.
