She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cibula and Louise Cibula; and her sister Martha A. Eddy. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Kautz; her children, Richard J. Kautz of Gilbert, AZ. and Jacquelyn McCord (Michael); her brother David Cibula (Debbie) of Bradford, PA.; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Carter, Hayden of Gilbert, AZ, Raegan and Alexandria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
