He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dismukes and Dovie Dismukes. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen; his children, Edward and Natalie; his grandchildren, Andrew, Rachel, Emma Kate and Nathan; and his pet Ike.

The Burial will be held after Mass at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 1562 E. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ 85204 with a reception afterwards at the Benitez Residence. in lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of the Valley, East Valley.
