He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Willine Miller; and his cousins, James, Floyd, Melva, Roberta, Trudy and Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Miller; his daughters, Jill McKeever and Amanda Frankel; his sons-in-law, Craig McKeever and Daniel Frankel; his grandchildren, Kennon McKeever, Kam McKeever, Alex Frankel, Sarah Frankel, Ethan Frankel and Anna Frankel; and his cousins, Overton Hall, Jr. and Carol Whitlock.
