He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Bradley South (Sarah South), Jared South, Dylon Buchanan (Mallory Thompson) and Dawson Buchanan (Lacey Buchanan); his grandchildren, Maddison South, Reagan South, McKinley South, Kennedy South, Raelynn Buchanan and Beau Buchanan; his mother Joyce South; and his siblings, Deborah McEvoy (John McEvoy), Jill Smith Michelle (Bill Smith) and Bill South (Stephanie South). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redemption Gilbert (1820 W Elliot Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Chandler Compadres (https://chandlercompadres.org) in Richard's memory—a cause that meant a great deal to him.
