He is survived by: his wife Chirlei Bustos (Kordick) of Arizona; his daughter Jeannette Mackin; his sons-in-law, Mark Mackin (Michele Anderson) of Arizona, Virgil Anderson (Andy) of Nebraska and Carmen Walker of Nebraska; his grandchildren, Tegan Hawn of Arizona, James of Nebraska, Jacob of Nebraska, Joshua Rose of Nebraska, Jordan, Justin Thompson of Nebraska, Richard W. Baker of Oregon and Virgil Anderson of Nebraska; his great grandchild Elliot Jimenez of Arizona; his grandchildren, Leo of Nebraska, Rico Coronoado of Nebraska, Ezra Rose of Nebraska, Zayden and Tyler Thompson of Nebraska; and his sisters, Linda Bustos of Colorado and Theresa Howell of Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
