He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Shanna Helm (Matt), Wells (Morgan) and Gary (Krista); his grandchildren, Matthew, Chandler Helm, Bella, Wells Johnson, Gary, Dallin, Sadie and Violet Johnson; and his siblings, Becky, Bonnie, Sherri, Michelle, Ronald, Lamont and Michael.
