She is survived by: her husband Ernest Peterson; her children, Eric Peterson (Sally) of Mesa, Brian Peterson of Mesa, Arizona of Battle Creek, Erin Cotton of Battle Creek, Jennifer Orbeck (Jeff) of Battle Creek and Michelle Phommavongsa (Han) of Battle Creek; her sister Wilda Faye Werner of Cleveland, OH; and her grandchildren, Travis, Erica, Ashley, Amanda, Roscoe, Christian, Gabe, Hannah and Noah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care (105 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
