She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Letarte and Judith Letarte; and her husband LtCol Robert L. Philbrook, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Judith Dunlap, Robert Philbrook Jr., Michael Philbrook and Stephen Philbrook; and her siblings, Beverly Goscin and William Letarte. She is also survived by her four children, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Boy Scouts of America or the USO.
