He is survived by: his parents, Ben Altopp and Beverly Altopp (Tomb); his wife Jasmine Altopp (Hill); his brother Brandon (Brenda Altopp); his nephews, Gabe and Sebastian; his grandmother Shirley Tomb; his parents-in-law, Shannon White and Charles Hill Jr. of Kentucky; and his brothers-in-law, AnTony (April) and Chance Hill. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
