He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth and Mike; his brother Christopher; his sister-in-law Katelyn; his grandmother Eleanor; and his cousins, Ken, Doug, James, Brendon, Elizabeth, Adam, Kyle, Drew, Noah, Robert, Michael, Evan and Lauren.
