We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 77, Carold Dean Whisnant of Glendale, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ford Whisnant and Coy Bertha Whisnant (Strange); his wife Dianne Whisnant (Poole); his half-brothers, Sid White and Joe White; and his siblings, Danny Whisnant, Charles Whisnant, Billy Whisnant, Nancy Thorne (Whisnant) and Betty K. Whisnant.

He is survived by: his grandchild Carold III; his son Dean Whisnant; his daughter-in-law Collette Whisnant; his grandchildren, Elizabeth McCan (Whisnant), Carold "Bubba" Whisnant III and Matti Whisnant; and his sister Gearldine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews from his siblings as well as of Dianne's siblings.
