He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Gorman (Michael); his grandchildren, Jarrod Spears, Alyssa Spears (Dennis Fumia), Mikayla Fajardo (Jonathan), Cody Gorman (Isabella) and Connor Gorman (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Xoe and Ivy; and his siblings, Debbie Headrick (Chuck) and Steve Koppien (Melinda). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
