He is survived by: his siblings, Alan, Shirley Schouten of Sioux Center, Iowa, Mark, Carrie Schouten of Des Moines, Iowa, Duane, Louise Schouten of Albany, Western Australia, Beth and Shaun Pageler of Glendale, Arizona.; and his aunts, Adeline Dolphin and Edna Kiel of Orange City, Iowa. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.
