He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Puruleski and Steveanna Puruleski; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Mary Puruleski; his son Michael Puruleski; his daughter-in-law Erika Puruleski; his grandson Stephen Puruleski; and his brother Ron Puruleski of Cadillac Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dennis's memory to either Phoenix Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors Project, two causes close to the family's heart.
