She is survived by: her children, David William Ray (Karen) of Dunedin, FL and Dawn Millard of Peoria, AZ; her grandchildren, David William, Jr., Jonathan Millard and Jesse Millard (Annie); and her sister Mary Lou Holzinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
