He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Rezek and Hilda A. Rezek (Dvorak); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Erika; his sister JoAnn Dexter (Rezek) of Lincoln, NE; his son Lane Rezek; and his granddaughter Amelia Rezek.
