He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Ed, David (Stacey), Douglas (Danielle), Ashley and Tyler; his grandchildren, Cora, David Jr., Jade, Hayden, Emma, Blayke, Jett, Jose Jr., Isabella, Knox, Cash, Georgia, Beckett and Brody; and his siblings, Debi Shields, Kim Johnson (Terry), Sandy English (Bobby) and Lisa Zygmunt (Jeff).
