He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Joseph Cure, Sr. and Anna May Cure. He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Sinton; his daughters, Anna Oberste (Larry) and Whitney Burns (Jay); the parent of his children Jean Ward Cure; his grandchildren, Joseph Campbell (Maria), Bailey Roberts (Rickey), Grace Burns, Jerry Burns and Bethany Burns; his great grandchildren, Richie, Melanie, Lucy, Lizy and Dallas; his siblings, Harding Cure and Josephine Abrams; and his pet Ben.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Because of his great-granddaughter Lucy's battle with childhood cancer, Ed made monthly donations to St. Jude.
