He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Efren Garcia Jr. and Christina Villegas; his grandchildren, Leticia Adrianna, Daniel Luis, Alexxus Isabela Villegas, Anthony Joseph, Benjamin Lee and Lucas Xavier Garcia; and his sibling Otilia Rosales (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
