He is survived by: his wife Teryl Lombard; his daughters, Amanda MacDonald (Matthew), Amy Ford (Kevin) and Emily Canzoneri; his siblings, Joseph "Ronnie" Canzoneri and Carol Jajkowski (Steven); and his grandchildren, Tristan, Griffin and Lavender. He is also survived by two nieces & one nephew.
