She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Flaharty III (Jack); her daughters, Erin Lewin (David) and Meghan Case (Chris); her grandsons, Nicholas, Bradley, Ty and Brandon; her brother Bill Charske; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Flaharty (Sheila), Tim Flaharty (Nancy), Wirehaired Pointing Griffons Cocoa and Dickens.
Instead, donations may be made in her honor to Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
