She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Lucille Smith; her husband Radcliffe "Rad" Sloggett; her son Tim; and her siblings, Marilyn Amend, Charlotte Hunt, Helen McCormick, Elanor Miller, Harry Smith, James Smith and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark, Jeff (Denise) and Greg (Donna); her grandchildren, Heather (Don), Eric (Kristie), Cody and Nicole; her stepgranddaughter Natalie; her great grandchildren, Alexus, Dillan and Mason; and her stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne and Houston.
