He was predeceased by: his father Albert Goguen. He is survived by: his mother Judith Goguen; his sister Barbara Dudash (Goguen); his wife Joanne; his children, Brittney, Ashleigh, Dana, Morghan, Courtney, Katie and Rob; and his grandchildren, Brinley, Teddy and Ryder.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jeff may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation or to Hospice of the Valley.
